Just want to send out a thanks to Joe for visiting us this past weekend from CrossFit East Decatur. Joe is from here but lives in Atlanta. He was doing some great work on those dumbbell power snatches.
WOD
“The Bear”
5 Rounds
7 Sets of the Sequence = 1 round (if you put the weight down, the sequence is a failure)
1 x Power Clean
1 x Front Squat
1 x Push Press
1 x Back Squat
1 x Push Press
How heavy can you go and complete the sequence?
I assume we were supposed to increase the weight each round to a “max.” If so, then: 95-105-115-115-125 (for good measure I did 5 rds in a row at 95 after these initial rds)
125 is strong brother! Didn’t get a chance to try it myself. We had some new people in the gym last night. Hopefully you can stop by Thursday morning. Got a good group coming in, going to try and do a group WOD if you’d be interested.
