Saturday Morning Class!

Fatty Addy will be offering a 10am class this saturday (8/1) morning so don’t be late! Bring a friend!

Derby City CrossFit will be closed from 11:30am-1:30pm today but will be open from 1:30pm-8pm. Cook out starts at 4:00pm! Bring a friend and no they don’t have to workout if they don’t want to but we’d have to say… it’s encouraged!

Maplewood, Missouri Firefighter, Ryan Hummert, 22, was killed by sniper fire July 21st 2008 when he stepped off his fire truck responding to a call. He is survived by his parents Andrew and Jackie Hummert.

Cookout and Tribute Workout Friday!!!

We are having a Tribute WOD this Friday for a fallen friend Shawn Bourke. We will be attempting a special Workout in his honor. Our condolences goes out to Shawn’s family and all who knew him. Cookout starts at 4:30pm and runs til we close.

Joey Carter Foundation Memorial Golf Scramble

Oakland SWAT Sergeant Daniel Sakai, age 35, was killed on March 21, 2009 in the line of duty along with fellow officers Sergeant Ervin Romans, Sergeant Mark Dunakin, and Officer John Hege. Daniel is survived by wife Jenni and daughter Jojiye.
