Fun looking day tomorrow, will do the coaches WOD for sure.
Used 125 for the Press (maybe coulda gone a bit heavier had my shoulders and upper back not been soo friggen smoked from this weeks workouts- not complaining cuz it is a good sore)
Did the WOD AMRAP in 15 min, got 6 (Kinda lost count). The worst part wasn’t muscle failure- it was the near blackout from standing up following the Back Extensions!

I was just admiring the way the sweat just beads off his body…the sun shimmering in his hair.

You guys are firggen KILLIN me! I swear I have spent the better part of a half 45 min’s typing, laughing, then deleting my post for fear of Slaters next class…and being mistaken for Buffalo Bill… though if I go as Slater for Halloween and workout, would I win the costume contest?
Why can’t a heterosexual guy tell a heterosexual guy that he thinks his booty is fly. Not all the time, obviously, just when he’s got a problem with his self esteem. Don’t let anybody tell you you’re not humpable. Because you’re bumpable. Well, I hope this doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable.
