    12 thrusters – 50% BWT (115lbs), unbroken
    60 sec double unders, broken

    3 sets:
    15 chin ups unbroken
    20 box jumps – 24″ unbroken, but slow
    rest 30 sec

    This wore me out more than I thought it would…

    Gilley and already did that and the wod. Except we wore wight vests and did burpees during the rest times
