Foundations Class

Due to everyone’s ever-changing work schedule, we’ve had difficulty scheduling any concrete evening classes. We feel the PM crew likes the ability to pop-in whenever, but we’d like the opportunity to help you even more. So, at 6:00p each weeknight, we will try offering another “group class”. This time, we’re offering a Foundations Class that will work on specific movements related to that night’s workout. It is a great place for athletes of all levels to practice their skill.

These classes consist of exercise instruction and practice, review, warm-up protocols, stretching protocols, and of course, workouts! Instruction and workouts increase in complexity and intensity throughout the duration of the class, progressively improving your fitness and preparedness for CrossFit workouts. Groups are limited in size to ensure all clients receive more than adequate personal attention.
