    Didn’t do the WOD…froze my ass off and think I have frostbite on my toes…not too happy about that either. Mostly though my back is buggin me- kinda tweaked it.

    But I do wish you all luck tomorrow and hope that it goes well in the AM- wish I could be there!

    Also, while watching Bama frost Texas’ ass, I flipped to the Worlds’ Strongest Man…Ben we need a bus. Pulling a bus seems so asinine we simply most do it…or maybe the lead shot filled keg toss over a 16 ft wall…
    BTW, when I wore a blue leotard and did squats, no one thought I was cute- just saying.

    Are your shoulders sore from that iso squat hold?

  • Holding 275lbs in a low-bar back squat position for a minute or more while waiting for the camera to pan to you is definitely a good shoulder workout… I feel fine for now. We’ll see how the day progresses.

    There’s what Fox41 put on their website…a short description and two videos. I recorded the news all this morning and found most of the clips after fast forwarding…I’m going to see if I can somehow transfer them to my computer so I could put them on youtube or something.

    Sorry I jumped on your bar in the middle of your WOD yesterday…chalk it up to my advanced age and encroaching senility. I’ve been hoping that Crossfit would help me in that area…you know, sharpen my mind as well as my body…but so far, I see no evidence of it. I hope Sean spotted you the 10 seconds I cost you.
