I&#039;ve been hoping that Crossfit would help me in that area...you know, sharpen my mind as well as my body...but so far, I see no evidence of it. There&#039;s what Fox41 put on their website...a short description and two videos. I recorded the news all this morning and found most of the clips after fast forwarding...I&#039;m going to see if I can somehow transfer them to my computer so I could put them on youtube or something.</description>

		<description>Holding 275lbs in a low-bar back squat position for a minute or more while waiting for the camera to pan to you is definitely a good shoulder workout... I feel fine for now.  We&#039;ll see how the day progresses.

		<description>Didn’t do the WOD...froze my ass off and think I have frostbite on my toes...not too happy about that either.  Mostly though my back is buggin me- kinda tweaked it. 

But I do wish you all luck tomorrow and hope that it goes well in the AM- wish I could be there!

Also, while watching Bama frost Texas&#039; ass, I flipped to the Worlds’ Strongest Man...Ben we need a bus. Pulling a bus seems so asinine we simply most do it…or maybe the lead shot filled keg toss over a 16 ft wall...
BTW, when I wore a blue leotard and did squats, no one thought I was cute- just saying.</description>
