Thank you to those of you at DCCF who search out and post the attached links. The “10 Tips to Being a Better Crossfitter” link is great. I found myself reading it and getting that feeling of embarrassment you get when you been caught doing something wrong. It is nice, but difficult sometimes to read things that actually call you out, but what a good reality check. So, if that’s what you coaches are hoping happens when we read these things I know you so very carefully select, it works. It is appreciated as well.
