Thanks for a great morning, coach…can’t say I actually enjoyed the squat apparatus, but by round five I had moved from the outsides of my feet to my heels, so it must have worked on these old hip joints. The pull-ups & push presses felt awesome.
Came home starving so just had a delicious paleo breakfast of roast pork & cabbage slathered in extra virgin olive oil.
Loose joints and muscles, a full belly, 7 inches of snow on the ground and bitter cold outside… I am lovin’ life!
