The pull-ups & push presses felt awesome. Came home starving so just had a delicious paleo breakfast of roast pork & cabbage slathered in extra virgin olive oil. Loose joints and muscles, a full belly, 7 inches of snow on the ground and bitter cold outside... I am lovin' life!
